Wedding Day Coordination

The Wedding Day Coordination service is designed to provide all the support and reassurance you need to ensure that your wedding day will be the beautiful occasion you envisaged. As your dedicated Wedding Planner, I will oversee all your wedding arrangements and calmly and appropriately manage any unexpected events so that you can fully enjoy your wedding celebrations without worry or interruption.

Following a meeting during which we will review every detail of your wedding plans, I will contact each of your suppliers to introduce myself and reconfirm expectations and arrangements. I will work closely with you to produce a comprehensive running schedule for the day, ensuring that all suppliers know exactly what is required of them, where and when. On the wedding day itself I will be present to oversee all the wedding preparations and remain on site to ensure the smooth running of your special day.

This service is always included as part of the Full Planning package, but can be arranged as a standalone service a minimum of one month prior to your wedding date giving you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the countdown to married life together.

Prices start from £1,200 and depend on the location and complexity of your wedding plans.
